Content License

You retain ownership of vehicle photos, videos, VINs, written symptoms, and other content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

You grant Autoclinic a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, transform, display, and transmit uploaded content as needed to provide diagnostic outputs, support, safety review, security, billing evidence, and legal compliance. Uploaded photos and videos are stored for no more than 30 days unless a support, legal, or security reason requires a longer period.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload the content, that the content does not violate third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or likeness rights, and that you own the vehicle or have documented consent from the vehicle owner.

We may use anonymized aggregate signals, such as error rates, usage patterns, safety flags, and feature performance, to improve the service. Account-level opt-out controls may be offered in account settings.

We may remove content, outputs, or shared materials if we believe they violate law, third-party rights, these terms, safety rules, or platform integrity requirements.

Annotated images, fix videos, visualization animations, PDF notes, and diagnostic summaries are licensed to you for personal and non-commercial use. Commercial redistribution, resale, use as repair certification, or use as insurance evidence is prohibited unless we provide written permission.
