General rules
You may not use Autoclinic for illegal activity, harm to minors, CSAM, non-consensual likeness use, deepfakes, hate, harassment, threats, fraud, malware, abuse of payment systems, or attempts to evade enforcement.
You may not use the service to provide regulated professional advice outside the service scope, including medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, housing, or judicial advice presented as professional guidance.
You may not infringe trademarks, copyright, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, bypass rate limits, or interfere with the platform.
Automotive-industry-specific bans
The following restrictions apply to all accounts, uploads, outputs, and shared materials.
- You may not use AI output as a legal repair certification or insurance-claim evidence for safety-critical components including brakes, airbags, ABS, steering, or SRS.
- You may not impersonate OEMs, dealerships, or ASE / IMI / equivalent licensed-technician credentials.
- You may not use Autoclinic to provide commercial on-site repair, parts sales, or any physical-delivery service under our brand.
- You may not upload a third party's vehicle photos, VIN, or license plate for diagnosis without that vehicle owner's documented consent.
- You may not use AI output to circumvent emissions, MOT/inspection, or safety regulations, including instructions for removing EGR, O2 sensors, catalytic converters, or other emissions-control components.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, cancel access, preserve evidence, or report activity where we believe there is a legal, safety, or platform integrity risk.
